Here at Cheers Bingo, we have a suite of casino games for you to try your luck on – one of which is Ultimate Texas Hold Em. This fantastic casino game will make you feel like you’re sitting in Vegas enjoying the atmosphere. The game was created by NYX, who you may recognise from some of our slot games. If you’re ready for a thrill ride then buckle up and fire up this game.
Before you start to play, you’ll need to choose how much you’d like to wager on the game. This is decided with the chips that are under the table, which you choose the size of. These are then placed on the table where you want them, whether you want to wager on an Ante (whether you win, lose or draw) or on the cards you will be dealt.
How to Play
Once you’ve decided on the money you feel like putting on the table then you can start the dealing process. The initial deal will give you two cards and the dealer two cards as well. This is known as playing blind, as no one knows what the other is playing with. You’ll take a peek at your cards before deciding whether you want to fold (leave the game), check (continue on with the same bet) or bet (add more money on to your wager).
Then, three cards will be placed in the middle of the table and these are shared between players and the dealer. These are communal cards, which are used to create combinations with the players’ cards. This means that if you have a pair of aces in your own hand and there’s another in the communal cards, you’ll have three of a kind. There are two more opportunities to raise your bet and fold as two more cards are added into the middle of the table. This game is half about anticipating what cards come next and what they could bring to your hand.
Finally, in the last phase of the game all of the cards are shown and the player with the best combination wins.
So what card combinations are the best? Well at the top of the table you have the Royal Flush. This consists of five cards which include every number and face from 10 to ace high. This will beat any other combination of cards.
From there, the rankings go through a Flush (five consecutive numbers anywhere in the deck) to four of a kind. Then, having three of a kind and a pair is the next best – which can still hand you a decent victory.
Ultimate Texas Hold Em might seem like a tricky game but once you get to grips with it, you’ll realise just how rewarding it can be.
